A little piece of my heart
A sensitive soul, deep feeler, curious observer, and creative heart. I find joy in deep conversations, wandering through forests, creating spaces that invite people to exhale, and honoring the courage it takes to tell the truth. This is where I feel most alive, and what continues to shape the way I live, create, and walk alongside others.
Over the years, I’ve come to believe that beauty is one of the ways I practice presence. It isn’t just something I see. It’s something I experience. I find it in nature, spaces created with intention, the clothes I wear, the rituals I create, and the small moments of care that shape an ordinary day. Beauty invites me to slow down, soften, and pay attention. It’s one of the ways I return to myself.
The Thread that led me here
My life hasn’t followed a particularly straight line. There have been profound beginnings, meaningful endings, cross country moves, heartbreaks, reinventions, creative awakenings, and more than a few unexpected adventures along the way.
One of my deepest initiations came when I lost my mother at twenty five. Her death didn’t just change my life. It changed the questions I carried. As the world I knew reorganized itself, I found myself asking different questions. I became deeply curious about what truly nourishes us through change.
I wanted to understand what helps us stay connected to ourselves when everything familiar shifts. What allows relationships to deepen rather than unravel. What helps us meet life’s thresholds with greater awareness, compassion, and courage. And what becomes possible when we trust the wisdom of the body as much as the brilliance of the mind.

Walking Alongside People
Eventually, those questions led me into the homes and hearts of growing families.
For more than a decade, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside people as they prepared for parenthood and navigate the unfolding of family life. My work has never been only about preparing for a baby. It's about preparing the people, the relationships, and the family culture that will welcome one. Because babies don't just change a family. They reveal one.
I've witnessed babies communicate long before they have words. I've watched people grow into parents, relationships stretch and deepen, and families discover new rhythms together. Time and again, I've seen what's possible when people feel deeply supported, thoughtfully challenged, and genuinely cared for.
Over time, I realized those same questions reached far beyond parenthood. They live within every relationship. Every ending., beginning, creative leap, and every season that asks us to stay connected to ourselves while growing into someone new.
Today, whether I’m supporting a family, a couple, or an individual, my work is rooted in the same belief: Meaningful transformation unfolds when we slow down, become more aware of what's happening beneath the surface, and create enough space to respond with intention rather than habit or reaction.

How I Walk Beside People
My understanding hasn’t come only through my work. It's come through living. Through deep friendships and chosen family. Through love and heartbreak. Through earth wisdom, somatic exploration, community, creativity, ceremony, and countless moments of practicing the art of listening inward before looking elsewhere.
I'm continually inspired by what becomes possible when I stay open. Open to being surprised, letting heartbreak deepen my capacity to love, and curiosity reshape my perspective. As I choose to stay with my experience, even when it's uncomfortable, I find myself returning again, and again, to a deeper sense of aliveness, presence and connection. The more I practice meeting my own life this way, the more fully I can walk alongside others with curiosity, compassion and care.

"Trying to explain Daniella is hard because it’s less about what she does and more about how you feel around her. Somehow you end up saying the thing you didn’t know you needed to say, crying the tears you didn’t know you were holding, and laughing at yourself five minutes later. She’s equal parts depth, wisdom, honesty, and ridiculous joy. "

The Space We Create
I can meet you in the depths without rushing you out of them. I know there are moments that ask simply to be witnessed, and others that ask to be lovingly challenged. Part of my role is discerning the difference.
I’ll stay with you in the uncertainty. I’ll ask thoughtful questions that invite a different perspective. I’ll gently challenge the stories, habits, and patterns that may no longer be serving you, while always trusting that your own inner wisdom knows more than I ever could.
With parents, that might mean encouraging you to trust your instincts while inviting you to consider the legacy you’re shaping through everyday choices. Slowing down enough to respond rather than react. Raising children with greater awareness, responsibility, and connection.
With couples, it may look like learning new ways of listening, repairing, and growing alongside one another.
With creatives, it might mean making space for the vision that won’t leave you alone asking the questions that help bring it into the world.
And when the moment comes, I’ll be the first one celebrating you. I love reflecting back people’s strengths, cheering on bold ideas, noticing what’s coming alive, and delighting in the moments someone begins to trust themselves in a new way.
I believe people flourish when they feel deeply seen, lovingly challenged, and wholeheartedly celebrated. That’s the kind of space I hope to create every time someone entrusts me with a season of their life.

With great respect, I honor and acknowledge the Nisenan people, who have tended and sustained these ancestral lands over generations. It is a privilege to be a guest listening, playing, and creating on these sacred grounds.I am grateful for the wisdom of this land and the great abundance it offers me daily.
A lifelong Student
None of this has been created alone. It's been shaped by extraordinary mentors, lineages, communities, and the countless families, couples and individuals who've trusted me to walk beside them.
I'm deeply commited to remaining a student of this work. I continue to study attachment, infant development, nevous system regulation, relational dynamics, communication, somatics, grief tending, creative expression and the many practices that help us cultivate a healtheir relationship with ourselves and one another.
